Generally we prefer two options: 

A.T/T, 30% in advance, balance within 7 days against copy of b/l.

B.L/C at sight.

It depends on which model, generally a sample need 7-15 days. We will need to charge a basic sample cost and it will be refunded when a bulk order is placed.
